Are you sick of your limitations? Picking up grandchildren, doing garden work, a game of golf, or a hunting trip should not result in another bout of pain and despair. Playing a few rounds of basketball, taking up jogging again, and living in your body should not be such a pain. You can get much better at all these.

I have helped truck drivers, athletes, moms, construction workers, doctors, grandparents, and active retirees get their lives back. 

It has been my pleasure to educate and train athletes, firefighters, weekend warriors, long term gym-goers, marathon runners and yoga teachers in how to reclaim their wellness and mend their bodies so they can keep going with their life's purpose.

I have saved the careers of graphic designers, accountants, dentists, surgeons, and mason workers through personal training with my insight and experience with orthopedic care and corrective exercise.

I was an orthopedic mess. After multiple surgeries and joint replacements I started to work with Jason.
