Blood Flow Restriction Training in Auburn, Alabama!

What is it?

A system of blood pressure cuff bands are placed at the tops of your arms and/ or legs that will partially restrict blood flow to your muscles. Under these conditions, your muscles will get a host of additional benefits that can not be achieved by lifting weights alone. It is very similar to altitude training (this is when professional athletes train in the mountains to push their fitness to the next level). This is by definition a true “bio-hack”!

Benefits:

  • Better workout results in the same amount of time with LESS load needed (smaller weights).

  • Greater gains in strength, muscle growth, endurance, speed, and stamina

  • Anti Ageing effects due to production of growth hormone. This leads to better collagen (think tendons and skin), muscles, and bones
