Jason uses a blend of traditional strength and conditioning, functional training, restorative movement, and corrective exercise to ensure you get the results and body you were meant to have. 

 

 

I am a 63 year old male diagnosed type 2 diabetes and high blood pressure twelve years ago. When I was 55 I had two ruptured disc with typical sciatica symptoms, my operation was a “success”. After eight years of on and off physical therapy trying to relieve the remaining lower back pain and the 24/7 numbing and/or tingling in my left chin/foot I decided to try personal training with Jason Cornish and his Real Age Reduction training sessions.

I had been walking and doing the exercise machines at the gym in addition to visiting a chiropractic for about a year and half. I was not getting anywhere fast so I started training with Jason. After three weeks there was a remarkable change in my level of discomfort in my back and in my foot. I have now done the class for 6 months and this fall when my chiropractor did my yearly review of my spinal x-rays he noted how much my spine has recovered and my disc health had improved from the year before. Today I have little if no discomfort in my lower back and the tingling/numbness in my foot is a rarity instead of a daily annoyance.

Real Age Reduction and Personal Training with Jason has changed my quality of life. Instead of the boredom of doing the machines daily I am doing free weight exercises and seeing a lot of benefit to this day. It is a little bit different every week. With real age reduction I am doing body weight exercises that build my body strength, helps my bad posture and my endurance. Today I am in the best physical condition I have been in
40 years. I am no longer on medication for my diabetes. My blood glucose and my blood pressure get better and better every couple of months. Training the right way has really made the difference.

ONE on ONE Training

This is the perfect place to start if you are new to fitness or just getting back into exercise. I highly recommend you start with private training sessions if you have orthopedic issues, have unique fitness goals, or you want deeper and optimal results. Most of my clients meet with me one or two times a week. Many combine a private training sessions with 1-2 large group or small group sessions a week. 

Partner Training

Want to get fit with friends or people with similar goals and fitness levels? This is the type of training for you. Not only is training with a small group of 2-4 people extremely motivating, you get plenty of individual attention, and you get a discount on session price. Economical and fun health care! These sessions are by appointment. 

Large Group Training

Are you ready for great workouts, real results, consistency, accountability, and comradely of like-minded people? Large group training is for you.

REAL AGE REDUCTION

Monday, Wednesday, Friday from 9:05 AM-9:55 AM

Tuesday, Thursday from 9:30 AM-10:20 AM

REAL AGE REDUCTION is my current large group training class. These sessions are designed for people aged 45+. In every session clients go through a rotation of exercises designed to increase strength, cardiovascular fitness, balance, core strength, posture, and functional fitness. As the session is conducted, I am there providing motivation, checking form, offering progressions and modifications. These sessions produce much better results than machine based training. Why? You will be given functional training exercises that have a much better transfer to real life situations.
