Your Strong Start Sessions can be used for personal training and/or health coaching. Strong Start Sessions must be used in 4 weeks.

Want to save on training and coaching? Discounts are available with multiple sessions per week for regular training clients (please inquire if interested). The more you train, the more you save. Working out with partners or with a large group is a great way to make quality training a regular part of your life so you make your goals happen. In addition, a sliding fee scale is available for qualified individuals.

Ultimate Back Assessment

$99 for interview/ intake session. This initial session will last for about 90 minutes.

After the Ultimate Back Assessment session the rest of the sessions are the same price as Individual Training Sessions.

FOR OUT OF TOWN CLIENTS:

One 3 hour session with a next day 45 minutes follow up (by phone, facetime, or in person).

What does training look like for my clients?

-Adam trains one-on-one 2-3 times a week.

-Jill trains in a small group 1-2 times a week and has a one-on-one session every week.

-Jim trains with a large group 2-4 times a week and occasionally does one-on-one sessions.

-Micah does a single 30 minute intense one-on-one session a week to stay on track

-Amanda meets with me once a week to progress her back and hip health and participates in large group training when she can make it.

They make training frequency work for their schedule, goals, drive, time-line, and budget. Bottom line: You can get coached well and train hard several times a week while making it work for you.

Late Cancellation Policy:  Please give a 24 hour notice if you need to cancel. Your session will be charged if you no-show. This is not a black and white policy (life happens). 

Sessions Can Expire: If you have sessions and are absent or start to no show, your sessions do expire after 2 months after your last conducted session. Your sessions will NOT expire if you have a good reason why you can't train (like a surgery). 

 Extra Fees: If you request more time or work during sessions (over an hour) your account can be charged for overtime work.
